Jill Berger

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYER AND PAYOR RELATIONS

Jill Berger is Leapfrog's Director of Employer and Payor Relations, bringing to this role more than 25 years of experience in managing employer benefits and developing innovative solutions for employers and health plans to transform health care.  Jill was formally the Vice President of Health & Welfare for Marriott International and also previously worked for the GM Benefits Teams and innovation team at IBM Watson Health.

Patrice Brown

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Patrice Brown is the Chief Operating Officer, leading all operational functions and growth strategies for Leapfrog.  She brings over 20 years of experience successfully managing operations, programs and strategy for health care nonprofits and startups. Prior to joining Leapfrog, Patrice was fully immersed in data analytics and solutions while serving as the Managing Director, Nonprofit and Chief of Staff for a data analytics firm.

Missy Danforth

VICE PRESIDENT OF HEALTH CARE RATINGS

Missy Danforth is the Vice President of Health Care Ratings, where she serves as member of Leapfrog’s senior leadership team informing Leapfrog’s strategic direction, engaging experts and stakeholders, and analyzing program results to engage purchasers and consumers and drive safety and quality improvements. Ms. Danforth oversees Leapfrog’s various measurement and public reporting activities including the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, the Leapfrog ASC Survey, the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, and emerging ratings programs.

Ralph Johnson

VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATICS AND TECHNOLOGY  

Ralph Johnson is the Vice President of Informatics and Technology, overseeing Leapfrog’s strategic IT direction and execution. Prior to joining Leapfrog, he served as a Chief Information Officer for various Maine hospitals over the course of 35 years. Ralph is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and recognized as a Fellow of the Health Information Management Systems Society. 

Karen Jupiter

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Karen Jupiter is the Vice President of Development for The Leapfrog Group, overseeing fundraising, donor relations, and special events for the organization. Karen studied Public Policy at The College of William and Mary and has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).

Katie Stewart

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH CARE RATINGS 

Katie Stewart is the Director of Health Care Ratings. She manages Leapfrog’s various measurement and public reporting activities, including the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, Hospital Safety Grade, and new Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey. As a Director, she oversees operations and informs content and analytics for all ratings programs. She previously served as a Senior Program Analyst at Leapfrog.
